Challenges :

  1. 1 Signal Problems in Remote Locations: In areas surrounded by thick forest cover and rough terrain, signal drops and weak connectivity became a serious roadblock to camera operation.
  2. 2 Unexpected Outsourcing Costs: While some of the installation work was assigned to outsourced teams, charges varied wildly depending on the location — creating budget pressure and raising concerns.
  3. 3 Manpower Crunch During Execution: As election day neared, there was a noticeable dip in available workforce, especially for on-ground setup and troubleshooting.
  4. 4 Difficulties at RO Points: Each Returning Officer (RO) had to oversee multiple districts, often five or more. This made it hard to coordinate camera activations and follow-ups smoothly.
  5. 5 Data Collection and Submission Gaps: At the Eluru RO point, several folders of camera footage were either missing or misplaced. This created confusion during the final data submission phase.

Solutions :

  1. 1 We reached out to Jio officials and worked with them to boost network strength in specific geolocations. Their cooperation helped improve coverage in many of the trouble zones.
  2. 2 We renegotiated where possible and balanced the project budget internally, making sure the important regions didn’t suffer due to high third-party quotes
  3. 3 We reallocated team members who were already working on other assignments and offered them better pay for temporary shift coverage. This move helped us avoid delays and kept operations moving.
  4. 4 Our team stayed in regular contact with the RO offices, helping them manage the load and streamline tasks across different locations.
  5. 5Our data collection team double-checked all folders, identified what was missing, and gathered the remaining files. We wrapped up the submission in three days, keeping everything on track without further delay.

RESULTS:

The AP Biennial Graduate's Constituency Election 2025 was a challenging project — not because of the technology used, but because of the real-world hurdles on the ground. From remote locations and manpower shortages to communication gaps and data troubles, this project tested our ability to stay flexible and focused.

Brihaspathi Technologies handled every roadblock with patience and practical thinking — finishing the job with honesty, grit, and solid coordination.
